Terms of service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Meetext. By creating an account, accepting an order form or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information.

Meetext helps software companies package and deploy their AI, MCP servers and APIs into customer-owned workspaces. The service includes source discovery, capability approval, customer authorization, credential handling, validation, versioning, health monitoring and operational records.

Features may differ by plan or destination. Documentation, the dashboard and any order form describe the features included in your subscription. Features identified as early access may change and are provided without a service-level commitment unless an order form says otherwise.

• Keep account credentials, API keys and recovery methods secure.
• Use individual accounts and assign only the access each person needs.
• Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access or credential exposure.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and API keys.

We may require additional verification before sensitive account, billing or ownership changes. You may not bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits or other security controls.

You decide which capabilities to publish and which customers may use them. You are responsible for your product, its outputs, your relationship with your customers, and the instructions and notices you give them. You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect each source, authorize each destination and process the data involved.

Meetext classifies operation risk and requires additional approval for destructive capabilities, but those controls do not replace your own testing, authorization rules or professional judgment.

You must not use Meetext to:

• break the law, infringe rights or violate a provider's terms;
• access a system, account or data without informed authorization;
• introduce malware, disrupt the service or probe another customer's environment;
• misrepresent identity, permissions, deployment state or capability behavior;
• process data where doing so would create an unlawful or unreasonably dangerous result.

You retain ownership of your content, product configuration and customer data. You grant Meetext a limited, non-exclusive right to process them only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. The license ends when the data is deleted, subject to backups, legal obligations and records we must retain.

Meetext retains ownership of the service, software, documentation and related intellectual property. Feedback may be used to improve the service without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.

Each party will protect the other's non-public business, technical and security information using reasonable care and use it only for this agreement. This does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, already lawfully known or received lawfully from another source. Legally required disclosure is permitted after notice when the law allows it.

Meetext connects to services operated by others, including workspace, identity, cloud, billing and AI providers. Their availability, terms, consent policies and API behavior remain under their control. You authorize us to exchange the minimum data required for the connections you enable. Meetext is not responsible for a third party's service, but we remain responsible for how Meetext handles data it receives.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page or an order form. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an order form. You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on Meetext's income. We will give advance notice before a pricing change affects an existing renewal.

We operate and monitor the service with reasonable care. Planned maintenance, emergencies, third-party outages and events outside our reasonable control may interrupt it. An SLA applies only when included in an Enterprise order form. We may change the service, but will not materially reduce paid functionality during a current term without reasonable notice or a practical alternative.

Meetext warrants that it will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described in its documentation. Except for express warranties in these terms or an order form, the service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that third-party integrations will remain unchanged.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Each party's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid or payable for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, or to fraud, willful misconduct or breach of confidentiality.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, respond to unlawful use, protect another customer or address overdue fees. Where practical, we will notify you and limit the suspension to the affected part of the service.

Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured after reasonable written notice. After termination, your right to use the service ends. On request, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export available data before deletion unless law or security prevents it.

These terms, the privacy policy, applicable order forms and any data processing agreement form the complete agreement. An order form controls if it expressly conflicts with these terms. You may not assign the agreement without consent, except with a merger, reorganization or sale of substantially all relevant assets. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, law or risk. Material changes will be announced before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, you may stop using the service.
